Natalie graduated from the Chinese University of Hong Kong with Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology). Natalie started her career with Michael Page Hong Kong, headed the Financial Services Recruitment team, and founded the Fintech Recruitment division, where she specializes in Talent Acquisition for the Cryptocurrency and Blockchain Industry. Natalie is an ex-UBS alumni, and joined ASCENT Fund Services Hong Kong as the Head of Sales, where she advises countless Blockchain entrepreneurs through their entire fund launch cycle, from initial idea, to successful launch of Virtual Assets Investment Funds. She is Top Biller of the Year 2018, Business Developer of the Year 2017, and Interviewed by Hong Kong Economic Times in 2019.

Yvette is a well-known figure in Hong Kong whose versatility goes beyond the sporting realm. Behind the spotlight, she is a former management consultant at McKinsey & Company. Having graduated with a B.A. in Cognitive Science from UC Berkeley and a M.Sc. in Performance Psychology from the University of Edinburgh, she holds both a personal and academic interest in community mental health. Yvette is now dedicating her time to Mind Hong Kong educating and empowering youngsters to reach their optimal selves.
